Baby and Me Yoga - class is open all caregivers

Classes are run through West Shore Parks and Recreation

Join us for a gentle and supportive Baby & Me Yoga class designed for parents and caregivers with babies. This class offers a blend of movement, breathwork, and relaxation to help you reconnect with yourself while bonding with your little one.

Our focus is on self-connection and exploring the body and breath to nurture the nervous system. Through mindful movement, we’ll release tension, cultivate presence, and create a soothing space for both caregiver and baby. Babies can be included in the flow with songs, gentle movements, and cuddles, making this a shared experience of relaxation and joy.

No yoga experience is necessary—just bring yourself, your baby, and a blanket for your little one. All are welcome!
