Yoga & So Hum Meditation
Looking for a yoga class that’s steady, supportive, and accessible? This vinyasa-style class focuses on moving with intention, connecting to the breath, and building a sustainable practice over time.
We’ll move through thoughtfully sequenced postures at a measured pace, taking time to explore alignment, transitions, and variations. Across the series, we’ll build on foundational poses and begin to link them together through gentle, mindful flows—offering both strength and ease.
Following the asana practice, you’ll be guided through a 20-minute So Hum meditation, a simple breath-based mantra practice that supports relaxation, nervous system regulation, and a sense of inner steadiness.
This class is open to all bodies and levels, with clear options and modifications offered throughout, including specific guidance for pre- and postnatal students so everyone can practice in a way that feels safe and supportive.
For those who are interested, optional hands-on assists will be offered during the asana practice, as well as supportive assists during savasana. Touch cards will be available each class, allowing you to clearly communicate your comfort and preferences around physical touch.

*no birth prep or babies in this class, just a safe offering for all prenatal and postpartum bodies and our community as a whole
