Yoga and Meditation Class

In our last session, we focused on a consistent vinyasa sequence, building familiarity and confidence in the movements, and closed each class with a So Hum meditation.

In this series, we shift into exploration. This session will explore different styles of yoga, ranging from Hatha to Vinyasa to Yin. This approach gives you the opportunity to notice what resonates with your body and energy. It is a great option for a beginner practitioner to get a taste of different ways to move the body or for folks that like variety.

This session will have a focus on simple pranayama and guided meditations to support nervous system regulation and deepen your practice.

All levels welcome
Pre/postnatal friendly – supportive variations of postures offered

Mondays 6:15pm-7:30pm - May 11 - August 24 (16 weeks) - Session fee $288

no birth prep or babies in this class, just a safe offering for all prenatal and postpartum bodies and our community as a whole
*Drop-in $22 if space permits
