Classes are run through Lodestar Holistic.

This prenatal yoga and birth preparation class will leave you feeling calm and confident as you approach birth. Classes include movement, breathing, guided relaxation, and a weekly birth education topic. Join a supportive and inclusive space and build relationships with other pregnant people in your community!

Accessible for all stages of pregnancy, with no previous yoga experience required. Classes take place at the Fernwood Community Centre, with lots of room for spreading out.
