With a 250-hour Yoga Teacher Training foundation, Roxie specializes in Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga, Kids Yoga, and Yin Yoga, creating a supportive and inclusive environment for all participants. In addition to her yoga trainings, Roxie is also a certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Leader. She carries extra certifications in Older Adult Fitness and Pre/Postnatal Fitness. Roxie has also completed her doula training which further enriches her approach, allowing her to bring a deep understanding of the physical and emotional needs of those on their journey through pregnancy and postpartum. She has a deep passion for all stages of life! Roxie’s classes are a quirky blend of movement, breath, and mindfulness, filled with storytelling, poetry and laughter. Roxie has a strong appreciation that we are all unique in our biology and biography, therefore, her intention is to deliver classes that allow the practice to meet the practitioner exactly where they are. Prenatal and postnatal classes are based on community and connection infused with her passion for birth-related knowledge and her commitment to helping others enjoy the journey of yoga. Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, Roxie offers a nurturing space where you can connect with your body, relax your mind, and embrace the joy of the present moment. Off the mat, Roxie enjoys hiking, camping, travelling, and spending time connecting with her community.
